Accessibility
Effective 16 September 2026
The commitment
Stratus Development Partners, LLC intends this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or with motion and contrast preferences set at the system level.
The standard
The site is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA.
What that means here
- Pages use real headings and landmarks, so structure is announced rather than implied by styling alone.
- A skip link is the first element on every page, letting keyboard users jump past the navigation.
- Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and shows a visible focus state.
- Photographs and renderings carry descriptive alternative text. Decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text is set at contrast levels that meet the standard against their backgrounds.
- Animation respects the system reduced-motion setting and stops when that preference is on.
- Layouts reflow to a single column on small screens without requiring horizontal scrolling.
Where it falls short
Accessibility is maintained, not finished. Some third-party content linked from the press page is published by others and is outside the firm's control.
Reporting a problem
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use, write to privacy@stratusdev.com. Describing the page and what happened is enough. Reports are answered within three business days, and the firm will supply the information by another means while a fix is made.
