What this policy covers

This policy describes how Stratus Development Partners, LLC handles personal information submitted through stratusdev.com.

Information collected

The only personal information the firm collects through this site is what a visitor enters into the contact form: name, company, email address, telephone number, the reason for the inquiry and the message itself.

The site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels of any kind. Visitors are not profiled, scored or tracked across other websites.

Two ordinary technical exceptions apply. The web host keeps standard server logs, which record the IP address, the time of the request and the page requested. And the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means the request for those font files reaches Google's servers and carries the visitor's IP address.

How information is used

Contact form submissions are used to respond to the inquiry and for nothing else. Submitting the form also triggers an automatic acknowledgement to the address provided, confirming receipt.

The firm does not send marketing email, does not maintain a mailing list and does not add anyone to one.

Disclosure

Personal information is not sold, rented, traded or shared for anyone else's marketing purposes. It is disclosed only to the service providers that host this site and carry its email, and only to the extent required to deliver the message, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention

Inquiries are retained as long as needed to answer them and to keep ordinary business records. A request for deletion will be honoured except where a record must be kept by law.

Access, correction and deletion

To ask what has been retained, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to privacy@stratusdev.com. Requests are answered within three business days.

Children

This site is directed at real estate, capital markets and hospitality professionals. It is not directed at children, and the firm does not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
